It is in NICE condition, comes in original padded case (also in NICE condition). Used only a few times. Our family of 7 uses a footbath most of the time, so this just hasn't been used as much as originally planned. One flat pack has a split in the rubber boot surrounding the plug (not in the cord itself--see picture #2) and it has been that way since I purchased it. It does NOT affect the functionality of this unit in any way. Picture #3 shows the unit when it is turned on~~~red light on left side shows power is on for tubes, green light on right side shows power is on for packs, green light on each pack shows they are working, red and purple light in tubes to show they are working.
